I want to get it for a friend of mine as a baby shower gift, because she seen it in Babies R Us and LOVED it. But, I am not sure what the actual quality is. She just bought the Graco Sweet Peace Swing and someone said that this car seat fits in a Graco base. The reason I say the swing she has is, because she is looking for an infant car seat that will also fit in that swing. What are your thoughts? If you know of a nicer or better travel system please let me know. I heard Evenflo is awful. She wants one where the infant seat can be used longer than 20-22 lbs. Thanks….
Thank you Army Wife. I just looked at it online, and maybe that is the system I will get her. It looks really nice, but will look at it in person. I know what you mean about Baby Trend. I am not sure which one you had, but I looked at the jogging stroller. I tried pushing it around in the store and HATED it. I thought it was the store that did not put it together too well, because it seemed "cheaply" put together, but then I seen your post here, so am thinking it was the stroller itself. I think the Chicco Cortina System is the one I am going to get her….now what color…LOL.
Yeah that was how that Baby Trend stroller felt. I hope to find that Chicco stroller system in the store, but if not I have read nothing but good things about that (Chicco) brand anyway, so it’s safe to get her. Thanks for your help.

haha i have gone through 3 travel systems since brody was born. my first was a baby trend. it was a piece of JUNK and i hated it!! second was a graco and i liked it but didnt love it so i also returned it. i finally got my chicco cortina system and i LOVE it with a passion. the stroller is so nice and has alot of features, the only downside is that the basket is small, but i have a mommy hook wich eliminates that problem. i really love the chicco travel system. i dont use the stroller daily because i normally put brody in a carrier, but i do love the chicco and reccomend it to EVERYONE

and as far at the pounds thing goes, get the keyfit30 chicco, they can use it until they are 30 pounds!! =]

EDIT: i had just a regular stroller travel system by babytrend and i put it together PERFECTLY but when strolling it around i felt like it was going to fall apart any minute! i did look at the jogging stroller one but never tried it out because i figured that if my first babytrend was crappy then all of them might be.

EDIT: i have the red chicco, but i know its really vibrant and not for everyone because its so bright. but i really love it =]
