Godmother wants to take my 2 year old with her out of state (about a 5 hour drive). This will give me & my husband 6 days alone with no children.
But I’m afraid, sort of. I don’t want her to think I can’t trust her. Should I let my child go with them?

No. A toddler is too young to travel out of state without their parents. If it were nearby, for a day or two is fine. Wait until your child is a little older, like 5yrs old.

My toddler could look after the baby.
My babies 8 days old today and my toddlers 14 months.
My grandparents wish to see them so can I drop them off at the airport and they travel alone.
Is this ok? Opinions? I can’t go because I’m meeting my girlfriend that weekend.

Why not send them with your 14 year old daughter,the one who refuses to potty train.

My grandparents wish to see him as they haven’t seen him since he’s been born.
Can I send him alone on a flight or not? He can walk short distances.
If i drop him off at the airport and tell him to ask for help if he gets stuck will he be ok?

Hmmm, of course! He can also drive alone to his grandparents house if you’d rather him do that!

My answer: No. You have to go with him.

The "Haba Dragonstone Castle" is a nice toy; you can set up all sorts of scenarios and stories to play out. The dragon rattles, but very quietly. It comes in a little plastic zippered case, easy to take along.

No. They need their own passport. There are special rules for signing their name also.

Hi everyone. I live in austin and will be going to Orlando for vacation with my daughter. My husband will not be coming along. Do I need a travel authorization from him since he isnt coming or will I be okay since my daughter and I have the same last name and all? Thanks!

I must be missing something.

The only way you will need travel authorization is if you and your husband are going through a divorce. And if you are going through a divorce the courts may not allow you to leave the state with your child same last name or not.

If you and your husband are happily married and you plan on coming back then no you do not need authorization.

My sister and her baby got Philippine passport….now she’s in malaysia with the baby. The father of her baby is Malaysian but they are not married…Now the father want to travel with his son without the mother. Are the immigration of MalAysia will allow them to travel without the mother?

Unless the Malaysians have a very strange law with regards to this, then yes. Generally speaking an infant can travel with any adult – a grandparent, older sibling, etc.

The only thing that would usually change that would be a court order / injunction.

I realize I’m asking a lot of questions. My son is turning 2 this august, and although he might no remember it much. I want to travel with him to different locations(in the US as well as outside the US).

I’m wondering if any other parents have traveled with their toddler’s/children?
Which locations have you visited, Would you recommend??
I’m thinking of going to the Galapagos?
Hmm..Also Vaccinating? Did you Vaccinate your child months before you left?

We took our daughter to Ireland at around 3 months old; and Spain at around 5 months. There are no particular vaccinations needed for either country though.

The actual plane flights were not fun.
