Toddler bed’s and Bedding…….. Please read more….?

I have a three year old and we are thinking about getting her a twin bed. My question is this : Is she to young for a twin bed and if so what is a good toddler bed and what kind of bedding would you get for a 3 year old; She has one of those little couches that folds out, that is what she is sleeping on now, so we figured that it was time to get her a bed. Any suggestions would be most welcome. it has been 15 years since I’ve had a toddler so I am kinda rusty at all of this.(lol)
as for the bedding like should i let her pick it out .

My son is 3 and still sleeps in his toddler bed. We bought ours at walmart it was pretty cheap like $50 nothing to expensive cause hes gonna get another one soon and for the bedding they had a whole spiderman set he wanted for $35. Check them out they have really cute bedding for girls and you should let her pick it out cause then you know she will like it.

Toddler beds are a waste of money. Our child outgrew it by the time they were 3 so I can’t imagine you would even use it long. Get a twin and put bed rails on it.

I skipped the toddler bed and went to a twin bed. I also bought one of those rail things that keeps kids from rolling off.

my cousin has a 3 year old and she has a twin size bed. i’d suggest making it close to the ground or getting her a stool she can use to get in and out of it. any bedding would be ok, just whatever you want for her room, or let her pick it out if she’s got an opinion which most 3 year olds do. i would suggest getting a twin size bed because to me it’s a little late for a toddler bed. my daughter isn’t even 2 and is already in a toddler bed. good luck!

if you are buying one i would just go with a twin bed cause your toddler will grow in to it my oldest son went from crib to toddler bed (for a month) to a full size he was uncomfortable in the toddler bed and in reality all i toddler bed is a crib with out sides it is the same size as a crib you use the same mattress so if your child is out growing their crib the chances are high that a toddler bed will be too small too

My 4.5 year old has been sleeping in a twin bed since he was 2 and my 2.5 yo has been sleeping in one since before he was 2…just make sure you put bed rails on it and your good to go…

My 4 year old sleeps on the top bunk and has for over a year…

As for bedding…what do you mean? Like pillows and stuff…
My kids have 2 pillows each…2 sheets and a comforter and whatever lovies they want to have at the time!

my daughter was in a bunk bed at 3 and she did fine

your daughter is certainly old enough for a traditional bed
just let her pick the bedding and the mattress (so it’s comfortable for her) and you should be fine

I would get a twin mattress and place it on the floor. That way their is no way she will fall out and hurt herself and she still gets the feeling of a larger bed and you can put the frame up when she is older.
